Your furry friends are welcome at Wilshire Woods. 

 However, no pets are allowed without a signed pet agreement & documentation of the pet’s shot records.

 “ALL pet owners are responsible for proper disposal of all pet waste at ALL times” 

 *Failure to acknowledge your pet(s) will result in an initial fine of $300.00. 

1️⃣ First Pet – $0 Deposit

Dog +$95.00/month pet rent. 

Cat +$45.00/month pet rent.

2️⃣ Second Pet – $0 Deposit

Dog +$75.00/month pet rent.

Cat +$25.00/month pet rent.

(2) PETS MAXIMUM (25 lbs. and under only)

Please note: We consider animals a serious responsibility and a risk to each resident in the dwelling. If you do not properly control and care for an animal, you’ll be liable if it causes damage or disturbs other residents.
