It has been a fantastic experience for both me and my dog! The spacious, well-maintained units offer plenty of room for us to relax and enjoy. The pet-friendly atmosphere is a huge plus, with plenty of green spaces and walking paths that my dog absolutely loves. The management team is friendly and responsive, always addressing any concerns promptly. The community is peaceful and safe, making it a great place for both of us to call home. Overall, Wilshire Woods has exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with our living situation. Highly recommend for anyone with a furry friend! Nancy Z.
I’ve lived in several apartment complexes in San Antonio, Austin, and Dallas. Wilshire Woods is by far the most comfortable, well maintained, and friendly apartment community I’ve ever lived in and enjoyed for over 14 years. The grounds are beautifully landscaped; the 3 pools sparkle; buildings are comfortable; and service is prompt and efficient. It is a quiet, gated, safe, and friendly community. I highly recommend.

My family and I have lived at this complex for almost 9 years. I have been very happy here. Isabel and her staff are courteous and accommodating and the maintenance staff are all very nice and skilled. It is an older complex but the owners do a great job in maintaining the property. They have a senior lunch once a week, and at Christmas time they have a tenant party where each child receives a gift. I don’t know of any other complex that does these things for their tenants. My family and I appreciate our home here and hope to remain here in the future.

I’ve been here 4 yrs and today for the 1st time ever I attended an event the apartments hosted. At this event I ran into multiple patients from work. I talked to a couple and was told about how great the senior center and the community is with them. Their words were all so amazing. To hear the joy in their voice as they expressed the way they feel about the senior center was amazing. Based off what I’ve heard today, my experience with the office staff and maintenance it is a 5 star community for those who want a place to feel like family. I’ve referred about 5 families now and will now be telling patient’s that ask for recommendations.

It is a great place to live, it is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, the maintenance people are always very nice, and Olga in the administration office is always willing to help solve any inconvenience, totally recommended.

I recommend an apartment here. I have been a tenant of Wilshire Woods for almost 12 years. Our apartment overlooks one of the swimming pools. The prices are very reasonable considering they include all utilities as well as some nice amenities such as covered parking, 3 swimming pools, a dog-park and a seniors center. The location is superb. It is located close to Fort Sam Houston, which made it ideal for my commute. There’s also a Walmart & HEB within a half mile. The landscaping and pools are well maintained. The office staff is courteous and very cooperative. Our apartment also has its own laundry hookup which makes it ideal. The maintenance folks are friendly, prompt and courteous. Our air conditioner broke down one hot & muggy day this past summer after their 5 PM quitting time. The maintenance guy promptly returned our trouble call and drove all the way back from his home to fix our unit. He had our air conditioner back up and running before sunset.
